Needed a specialist for one of our old workhorses and honestly, I was surprised. The guy they sent was really knew his stuff, didn't just throw parts at it. Whole thing was pretty smooth than I figured it would be. Still not cheap, but at least it feels competent. Any thoughts? Heard they're top tier or have others caught up?
