Hey everyone, anyone else running Siemens stuff? We've been using their service plan for a few months and gotta say it's pretty solid. The techs actually get it. We had a funky issue last week and they got it handled quicker than I expected. Gotta admit, the portal is a kind of old-school but once you're in it gets the job done. Overall no major complaints up to now. Anyone have a different take? Keen to hear if it's just us.
