			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Recently I’ve been comparing real estate agencies in the Gawler area and thought I’d share something useful. <br />I ended up speaking with the team at Gawler East Real Estate and they were surprisingly helpful. <br />They’re based at their location at 1 Lewis Avenue, Gawler East, and they actually took the time to break down how the Gawler market is moving. </p><p>If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about getting a valuation, it might be worth giving them a call. <br />Their number is 0493 539 067, and they were quick to respond. </p><p>I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives honest feedback without trying to push anything. <br />So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA. <br />Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.<br /><a href="https://enouvelles.top/item/515667">real estate gawler</a></p>]]></content>
