			<description><![CDATA[<p>Interesting discussion — joining in briefly. From what I have seen, working near someone beats working with them for most things. What I keep finding is how many good things get borrowed rather than bought. People coming back to something will do fine with borrowed kit at first. Glad to find this.</p>]]></description>
