I ended up speaking with the team at Gawler East Real Estate and they were very professional.
They’re based at 1 Lewis Ave, Gawler East SA 5118, and they actually took the time to explain the local market.

If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about checking property prices, it might be worth giving them a call.
Their number is 0493-539-067, and they were pretty good at giving clear info.

I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives honest feedback without trying to push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
