My two cents their tech folks came through big time on our last ticket. Super knowledgeable and fixed our issue quicker than I expected. Not gonna lie some of their legacy systems feel a bit dated, but their latest updates is a step up. Overall decent kit, just my experience. Anybody have thoughts?
