Yo people, anybody running Siemens gear? We've been on their platform for a minute now and honestly it's decent. The support team is usually responsive when we hit a snag, which is a lifesaver. Though, some of those software updates feel like a real chore to implement. Overall though, it gets the job done. What is the general vibe out there? All good or a bit of a struggle?
