Anyone else running with a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for our old workhorse machine and the experience was way smoother than I expected. The guy was a total pro, fixed it up pretty quick. Definitely took a headache off my plate. Rates are what they are, but you're paying for the know-how, seems fair. Any thoughts on their service plans? Might pull the trigger for less downtime drama.
