			<description><![CDATA[<p>Anyone else using a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for one of our vintage units and man, I gotta say. The guy they sent was super sharp, didn&#039;t just throw parts at it. Process was way more efficient than I figured it would be. Still not cheap, but you get what you pay for. What&#039;s your experience? Heard they&#039;re top tier or are there better options?</p>]]></description>
