Looking for guidance on travelling well with other people

Excellent topic — thought I would share my own experience. From what I have seen across a fair few trips, who you go with shapes things more than where you go. What I keep coming back to is how much difference the right company makes. Packing lighter helps more than people expect. Honest reflection afterwards tends to reveal it.
