looking for reliable siemens service in my area

Hey folks, anybody running Siemens gear? We have been on their service platform for ages and gotta say it's decent. The UI feels a bit clunky sometimes, but once you figure it out it works. Big shoutout to their documentation library, helped me out countless times. Anybody know tricks for getting better response times? Thanks.
