seeking trustworthy experiences on siemens' support

Alright people, anybody running Siemens gear? We've been with their ecosystem for a minute now and honestly it's a mixed bag. Tech support has been actually on the ball whenever we hit a snag. Kinda pricey at first, but so far it holds up. Anybody have thoughts? Keen to hear other experiences.
