Looking for opinions on Siemens service

Yo people, anybody running Siemens service? We've been on their ecosystem for a minute now and honestly it's pretty solid. The support team has been responsive when we have an issue, which is a lifesaver. Though, some of those patches are a real chore to implement. All in all though, can't complain. What's the general vibe with them? All good or a bit of a struggle?
