Topic: looking for advice on siemens' support quality

Hey people, anyone else on Siemens gear? We've been using their support for a bit now and gotta say it's decent. The techs genuinely seem to know what they're doing. Had a funky glitch last week and they got it handled quicker than I expected. Gotta admit, their online portal is a bit clunky but once you figure it out it gets the job done. All in all pretty happy up to now. Anyone have a different take? Curious to know what others think.
