looking for reliable siemens support in the local region

Hey folks, anyone else running Siemens gear? We have been using their support portal forever and gotta say it's decent. The UI is kinda a little outdated now and then, but once you're in everything's there. Big shoutout to their documentation library, been a lifesaver more than once. Anybody know tricks for getting better response times? Later.
