looking for experiences with siemens customer support

Alright folks, anyone else on Siemens gear? My two cents their tech folks is pretty solid for us. Really on the ball and fixed our issue way faster than we thought. Not gonna lie some of their older interfaces are kinda clunky, but the new portal is a step up. Overall reliable kit, here's my experience. Anyone have thoughts?
