looking for experiences with the siemens customer support

Anyone else running with a сервис от Siemens lately? Needed a tech out for one of our vintage units and man, I gotta say. The guy they sent was really knew his stuff, actually diagnosed the issue. Whole thing was way more efficient than I expected. Pricey as always, but at least it feels competent. What's your experience? Are they still the gold standard or have others caught up?
