looking for reliable siemens repair recommendations

Alright everyone, anybody using Siemens gear? We've been using their online service a while now and honestly it's usually reliable. The UI is kinda a bit clunky now and then, but when you get going everything's there. Major props to their tech docs, been a lifesaver countless times. Anybody know tricks for getting better response times? Cheers.
