Trying to find dependable feedback on Siemens' customer support

Hey everyone, jumping in here about using Siemens support. Has anybody needed their customer portal lately? Honestly, it's a bit of a mixed bag. Half the time you hit the jackpot with their tech docs, other times it's like going down a rabbit hole.
