Looking for a trusted санэпидстанция in the city

Anyone else just had a run-in with the local санэпидстанция? My friend's cafe just had their routine check and man, it was something. Super thorough as per usual, but you gotta respect it. At the end of the day, knowing the place is following all the rules makes me more confident about eating there. Still, the paperwork must be a nightmare to handle. Props to all the business owners dealing with that!
