Topic: Looking for trustworthy experiences on Siemens' client support

Hey folks, anybody using Siemens stuff? We've been on their support for a hot minute and gotta say it's pretty solid. The interface feels kind of clunky initially, but once you figure it out it's surprisingly powerful. Biggest win for us has to be the automated alerts. Saves a ton of manual work. Anyone got thoughts on the customer service? I heard it's hit or miss.
