needing a dependable haier service center in my area

So anyone, anyone else had to use Haier service center lately? My холодильник started acting up and I called them. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The operator was super helpful, booked a technician for the following day, and the master actually right on schedule! Fixed it quickly, no nonsense, explained everything in simple terms. Seriously, an uncommon good story with appliance repair these days. Anyone had something like this?
