looking for advice on siemens service experience

Alright people, anybody on Siemens service for their system? I've been tinkering with their their automation suite for a bit and honestly it's pretty solid. The learning curve is steep, admittedly, but once you push through the integration is next level. Their support can be hit or miss depending on, but the community forums have saved me. Anyone working on Siemens PLCs? Drop your tips.
