looking for trustworthy siemens support in my area

Yo folks, anyone else using Siemens stuff? We have been on their support for a hot minute and gotta say it's not bad. The dashboard feels a bit clunky at first, but once you get the hang of it things are actually robust. Best thing for us has to be the automation side. Saves so much manual work. Anyone have tips on the customer service? I heard mixed reviews.
