Seeking trustworthy experiences on Siemens' service center

Alright folks, anybody running Siemens stuff? I gotta say their tech folks came through big time for us. Really on the ball and fixed our issue quicker than I expected. Not gonna lie some of their legacy systems are kinda clunky, but the new portal looks promising. Overall decent equipment, just my take. Anybody agree or disagree?
