Topic: Looking for dependable experiences with Siemens support service

Anyone else using a Siemens сервис lately? Gave them a shout for a weird glitch on one of our legacy machines. Honestly, I was expecting the worst but it was way smoother than I thought. The tech on the phone actually knew their stuff and talked me through a fix super quickly. Not always the case with support for big brands. Solid experience this time around. Anyone have similar stories? Or a different experience?
