Topic: looking for feedback on siemens support encounter
Hey everyone, anybody running Siemens service? We have been using their platform for a while now and gotta say it's a mixed bag. The support can be hit or miss I gotta say, half the time you get a total pro who solves your issue in no time, other times you're dealing with never-ending back-and-forth. But overall, how reliable it is makes up for the headaches. Anybody have thoughts? Keen to hear you all think.
