Topic: looking for feedback on siemens service & support experience
Hey folks, anybody here using Siemens stuff? We recently got onboard with their support for our kit and gotta say it's been decent. Way better from our last provider in terms of getting back to us. Though, their online site can be a bit clunky at times. Anyone got tricks for getting around it quicker? Cheers.
