Yo people, anybody running Siemens tech? We've been on their service for a while now and gotta say it's pretty solid. The dashboard feels a bit old school at first, but once you figure it out it's actually robust. Best thing for us has to be the automation side. Saves us a ton of manual work. Anybody got takes on the customer service? Heard it's hit or miss.
