Trying to find trustworthy opinions about service from Siemens

Yo folks, anybody been checking out the Siemens service lately? I have to say it's decent. Last time I had an issue, their support team were actually helpful. Not gonna lie, sometimes the hold times can be a little slow, but in the end they fixed me up. What's everyone else's take? Heard it varies depending on your local center.
