Topic: looking for experiences with siemens customer support
Hey people, anybody on Siemens stuff? We've been using their service platform for a bit and its pretty solid. It is a little clunky at first, ngl, but once you get the hang of it it's super powerful. Their help desk was clutch majorly when we had a weird glitch. Overall, for sure would suggest if you're in the market. Wondering if anyone has thoughts?
