looking for feedback on siemens service & support encounter

Alright folks, anybody been using the Siemens service lately? Gotta say it's pretty solid. Recently I had an issue, their support team were on the ball. Honestly, sometimes the process can drag a bit, but in the end they got it sorted. Curious what you all think? Heard mixed things depending on your region.
