Hey people, anybody running Siemens service? We've been on their platform for a while now and honestly it's pretty solid. The support team can be on point once you manage to get ahold of them, which can be a chore. At the end of the day it gets the job done, just be ready for some classic enterprise-level red tape. Anyone got a different take?
