Topic: looking for feedback on siemens service & support encounter
Hey people, anybody running Siemens tech? We've been rolling with their service for a while now and it is kind of a mixed bag. Honestly, the stability is usually insane. But sheesh, sometimes the interface feels like you need a PhD to operate. That said, when it works, things run smooth. Anybody got tricks for the less fun parts? Maybe am I completely off base seeing this?
