looking for reliable siemens servicing in my area

Hey everyone, anybody on Siemens tech? We've been on their service for a few months and honestly it's pretty solid. The dashboard feels kind of old school at first, but once you get the hang of it things are actually powerful. Best thing for us is the automation side. Saves a ton of manual work. Anyone got takes on their support? I heard it's hit or miss.
