Topic: looking for advice on siemens customer care experience
Hey folks, any other users using Siemens tech? We have got some of their automation hardware at my work and man it's solid. Their TIA Portal though can be a total brain melter sometimes, am I right? A tough learning curve but once you get it it's powerful. Siemens support has been actually good the few times called. Kinda wondering what the consensus is. Pricey but worth it or overkill for smaller projects?
