Seeking reliable feedback on Siemens customer service department

Hey everyone, anyone else running Siemens stuff? We recently started with their support for our kit and gotta say it's been decent. Way better from our old vendor in terms of getting back to us. Though, the portal can be a bit clunky sometimes. Anyone got tricks for getting around it faster? Cheers.
