looking for trustworthy siemens support in my area

Hey folks, anyone else running Siemens service? We've been using their support thing for a bit and it's alright. It can be a tough at first, not gonna lie, but after you figure it out it's really powerful. The tech support really helped us out big time when we ran into a weird glitch. Overall, for sure recommend giving it a look. Curious if anyone has thoughts?
