Topic: looking for experiences with siemens service & support
Alright everyone, anyone else running Siemens gear? We've been on their platform for a while now and honestly it's not bad. The dashboard feels kind of clunky at first, but once you get the hang of it things are actually powerful. Best thing for us is the automation side. Saves us a ton of manual work. Anybody have takes on their support? Heard mixed reviews.
