Yo people, anyone else on Siemens stuff? We've been using their platform for a while now and honestly it's pretty solid. The support is all over the place I gotta say, sometimes you get a genius who fixes your issue in no time, other times you're dealing with endless back-and-forth. But overall, the reliability balances out the headaches. Anybody else got thoughts? Curious what the vibe is.
