looking for reliable siemens service in the local region

Anyone else running a Siemens service lately? Had to call them for a strange hiccup on one of our legacy machines. Gotta say, I was bracing for a headache but it was way smoother than I thought. The specialist I got actually knew their stuff and walked me through a fix without any fuss. You don't see that every day with big company support. Pretty impressed this time around. Anyone have similar stories? Or maybe the opposite?
