Seeking reliable feedback on Siemens' client support

Hey people, anyone else using Siemens stuff? We've been using their support portal forever and honestly it's usually reliable. The interface can be a bit clunky at times, but when you get going it works. Big shoutout to their documentation library, saved my skin countless times. Anyone know tricks for navigating it faster?
