anyone here dealt with the санэпидстанция lately?

Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? A buddy's small restaurant just had their routine check and it was a whole thing. Luckily everything passed, but the anxiety was real. You have to hand it to them though, making sure standards are high is no joke. That said, the paperwork shuffle afterwards is never fun. Anyone got advice for making it smoother next time?
