Trying to find dependable sanitary inspection services in my area

Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция lately? What a process. Trying to get that permit for my little food spot and it's quite the journey. The inspectors were actually pretty thorough, I'll give them that. Gotta respect it though, cleanliness is no joke. Still, the paperwork is next level. A little advice: get everything in order before you go, it saves so much time!
