looking for trustworthy siemens service locally

Anyone else using a Siemens service lately? Needed a specialist for our trusty machine and the experience was way smoother than I expected. The guy knew his stuff, fixed it up in no time. Definitely took a ton of stress off. Rates are what they are, but for the expertise, felt worth it. Any thoughts on their service plans? Considering one for peace of mind.
