looking for reliable siemens service suggestions

Anyone else using a Siemens сервис lately? Had to call them for a strange hiccup on one of our legacy machines. Honestly, I was expecting the worst but it was surprisingly smooth. The tech on the phone actually knew their stuff and talked me through a fix without any fuss. Not always the case with big company support. Pretty impressed this time around. What's your take? Or maybe the opposite?
