looking for advice on siemens customer support center

Alright people, anyone else using Siemens stuff? We have been using their support forever and honestly it's usually on point. Sometimes the hold times can be a bit much, but when you finally connect, the support people are super knowledgeable. Saved my bacon a few times. Just my two cents.
