Topic: looking for experiences with Siemens' service department
Anyone else running a Siemens service lately? Gave them a shout for a weird glitch on one of our older units. Honestly, I was bracing for a headache but it was surprisingly smooth. The tech on the phone actually knew their stuff and talked me through a fix without any fuss. Not always the case with big company support. Pretty impressed this time around. Anyone have similar stories? Or maybe the opposite?
