looking for advice on their service experience

Yo people, anybody using Siemens service? We have been on their platform for a while now and honestly it's a mixed bag. The support team has been on point when we have an issue, which saves the day. Though, a few of those patches are they take forever to implement. Overall вариант, it gets the job done. What's your experience with them? Smooth sailing or constant headaches?
