Looking for insights on Siemens customer service?

Hey folks, anyone else using Siemens stuff? My two cents their tech folks came through big time on our last ticket. Super knowledgeable and fixed our issue quicker than I expected. Not gonna lie some of their legacy systems feel a bit dated, but their latest updates is a step up. Overall decent kit, just my experience. Anybody have thoughts?
